The TrendyKicks™ Returns Policy (28 Days)

We want you to love your new kicks, but we understand that sometimes you need to make a return. Whether you ordered online or grabbed them in-store, we’re here to help.

You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Condition: All items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging (including the box). We cannot guarantee acceptance of your return if these conditions are not met.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip is required for all refunds or exchanges.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Insoles, Socks, or Facemasks.

How Do I Return an Item?

You have two easy options to return your online order:

Option 1: Return via Yodel Store (Tracked - £3.95 fee)

Prepare: Complete your returns form and pack your shoes securely.

Label: Affix the Yodel Store label to the front of your package. (Click here to print your label).

Drop Off: Take your parcel to any of the 6,000+ Yodel Store locations nationwide.

Refund: Once we receive and process your return at the warehouse, we will refund the total value of the item(s) minus the £3.95 Yodel Store fee.

Option 2: Return via Your Own Postal Service

If you aren't near a Yodel Store or are an international customer, please use your preferred postal service.

We strongly advise using a tracked and insured service, as TrendyKicks™ is not responsible for items lost in transit while returning to us.

What about items bought in-person?
Items purchased in person at a TrendyKicks™ can only be returned in person. Please bring the item purchased with proof of purchase in person to the address above, please note that you cannot bring your item in person if your purchase was online. 

Processing Times
Please allow up to 10 days for your return to reach our department and be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete. If you haven't heard from us after 10 days of posting your item, please contact our support team immediately with your tracking details so we can investigate.
